Overall this trip was good and almost executed as per plan. I would appreciate the response and service offered by Roshan which was quite helpful every time. He was always available from the start of trip planning until the end of the trip. Beachside dinner suggested by Mr. Mohit was awesome and the arrangement done by Sadara beach resort was excellent. Driver Sumi who was with us for 2 days was truly a professional driver and friendly in nature. He was not in a hurry to finish the day outing and was suggesting enough places to visit. It was overall a great memorable trip to Bali. I really appreciate Mr. Roshan for his consistent support and friendly nature, who made us very comfortable throughout my trip. I approached him many times before and during the trip and all the times he addressed my concerns immediately, which helped me to clear all my doubts and made our trip very exciting and pleasant. The trip just went the way designed by agency. I was very peculiar with my hotel selection (walking distance from sea beach, private pool etc.) and happy to see that it was fulfilled properly. I am happy and definitely continue making new trips without any fear with Galaxy Travels.
