COVID-19 TRAVEL ADVISORY
-Visa on arrival for Indians is at IDR 500,000 or approx. USD 35 per person
-When travelling from India, RT-PCR test is required only for the passenger who are partially vaccinated or travelling with child/sunder 17.99 years
-Traveller must be fully vaccinated and must carry the vaccine certificate displaying in Arogysethu App
-Traveller should install PeduliLindungi App (Not required to fill details)-No PCR test is required upon arrival as long as you are fully vaccinated and carrying all the required documents
-Do carry travel insurance of minimum USD 25000 prior to your arrival
-If the guest is travelling to Gili and fully vaccinated it’s mandatory to get an antigen test to enter Gili Island (On Guest Expense)
-PCR test not more than 48 hours is required before coming back to India only for the passenger who are partially vaccinated or travelling with child/sunder 17.99 years
-Child under 17.99 yrs does not require to show COVID-19 vaccination proof as long as they travel with their parents
-If in any given scenario, the traveller fails to produce PCR test at airport and are stopped by the airport authorities, we PT Indo Jaya Travel will not be held responsible as it will be the traveller’s duty to adhere all given restrictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: |

Below policy will be applicable in case of cancellation, rescheduling or modification of package request given by client once confirmed booking with us: * Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable. * Advance token amount given for booking of land package will be forfeited. * If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 25% of the tour cost shall be deducted. * If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted. * If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted. * If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted. * In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted. Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modifications. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payble at the time of filing the return of Income. |
