REFUND POLICY

It is mandatory to contact Galaxy Travels for all refunds however refunds would be done as per the GALAXY TRAVELS refund policy.

Galaxy Travels will be able to initiate customer refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the Vendors/suppliers/ fulfilling all terms and conditions.

REFUND would take up to 14 working days to get credited in customer bank account or as depend on release from respective vendor, supplier, airline.

Please share valid bank details with Cancel cheque attached. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction. Once you have cancelled your booking, the refund will be Credited by Galaxy Travels within max 10 business days. However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account is dependent on the time taken by your bank thereon. For any discrepancies and delays, kindly check directly with your bank or credit card company.

Some Airline/ Hotels/ Supplier/ Vendors gives credit note in case of cancellation or date change, same will be given to client in that case.

No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 30 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

All Air ticket refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline.

All Land package refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective hotel /villa/resort/ vendor or any transport company.

Below Policy will be applicable in case of cancellation, rescheduling or modification of package once confirmed with us.

*   Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.

*  If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

* If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

*  In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modifications. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payble at the time of filing the return of Income.
